Weave a Wone with Dorothy March 31, April 7

Weave a Wone with Dorothy! Her signature garment created from one piece of woven fabric has captivated our attention for months and we cannot wait to see this garment made and cherished by other weavers! This cocoon shaped cardigan is a flattering piece that you can throw over anything when the wind begins to blow or your outfit needs a little pizazz.

When:
March 31 10am—? (No later than 4pm)—Dorothy will be demonstrating how to warp for the project on her own loom during this time. There will then be time for you to ask questions about the process, instructions and your looms. Then you will warp for your own project either in the studio or at home on your own loom.
April 7 10am-12pm— This is a check in meeting, you should have some work woven at this point and this will be your opportunity to ask questions if you need to. We will then venture to the quilt shop and pick out coordinating fabric for the edges of our piece.
A third meeting for the sewing of the piece will be determined later.
Where:
Cowgirl Yarn in the Fernwood Studio
Materials:
Bring all of your yarns with you to class. Be sure to get the Interlacements rick rack skein wound into a ball prior to class. Other items you should bring are a pencil, notebook and your own lunch for the March 31st meeting.
Your selected yarns have arrived at the shop but they are not ready for pick-up until Friday March 16. If you have yet to pick out your materials please stop in at the shop at any time.
As of now the loom list reads as follows:
