Wendy Dickinson

In this course, you will learn to become the most valuable asset in your business! BizWorks University partner Wendy Dickinson (of Ascend To Sell LLC.) will lead this Mastermind group to discover and make obtainable shifts that will impact needed change to set your business, and yourself, up for financial success and create a lasting legacy.

Each week, a key leadership development concept will be introduced for building resilience and readiness to create a legacy that leaves you with a feeling of alignment and accomplishment.  We will dive into your strengths, interests, and passions to put life back into the work you love!  We will channel your creativity to utilize the impacts of failure, growth, communication and connectivity to benefit your success.  Additional topics to be covered during weekly sessions:

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Wendy Dickinson is the founder of Ascend LLC, a coaching firm specializing in serving business owners as they navigate the M&A process.  Raised with small business in her blood, Wendy hails from a family of entrepreneurs.  She is passionate about seeing business owners, who have spent their lives building their business, reap the rewards of their efforts.  She works to educate them about the M&A process, using a growth mindset and self-awareness to position them for a successful transaction, and guide them through the process, from beginning to end.

Wendy holds a Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington, and certification from the International Coach Federation.  Wendy worked as a therapist and certified coach.  In addition to her work as The M&A Coach, Wendy is an accomplished dog trainer, training both canines and their humans.
