Directions for Parking and Way Finding
Parking will be available free of charge in the parking deck located in the front of the hospital.
The conference is being held in The Learning Center. Take the walkway on the first level of the parking deck to the Continuing Care Building (not the main entrance to the hospital), Stop at the Security Desk for a visitor’s badge. Follow signs to The Learning Center.

Nurses and social workers working in clinic, hospital, provider office and school settings.

The Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by NJSNA, an accredited approver, by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Successful Completion
To receive contact hours for this continuing education program, the registrant must sign-in / sign-out on the sign-in sheet, attend the entire program, and complete and submit an on-line evaluation. A certificate of completion will be mailed electronically within two weeks. Social workers must also provide license number at registration.

Procedure for Grievance

Conference Handouts
Handouts from the speakers will be emailed to participants a few days prior to the event. Printed copies of the speakers' slides will not be distributed at the conference.

From time to time, the Partnership for Maternal and Child Health of Northern New Jersey uses photographs and videography of conference events in its promotional materials. Unless this permission is revoked in writing to the Partnership, prior to the event, by virtue of their attendance, all conference participants agree to the use of their likeness in Partnership materials.
