MEET OUR PRESENTER

David Franklin, Application Solutions Consultant, Yardi Systems

David is a real estate technology and IT guru as well as a seasoned sales professional with extensive entrepreneurial experience. He was the CTO for two property management companies as well as the CTO and co-founder of a software company that provided an online communication platform for residential property managers. He is also the founder and CEO of Availeron Consulting, an IT services firm specializing in supporting property management companies.

David's greatest skill in life is explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical people in a manner that is approachable, interesting and understandable. He loves hosting live events in the technology startup space and was a past host of Ultra Light Startups as well as the current host of Disruptive Technologists. When he's not working, you can find him battling taxis on his BMW motorcycle.
