Overview
Underwriting a multi-family affordable housing development is complex. Aligning the underwriting standards of all funding sources, including those of the FHLBank Indianapolis’ Affordable Housing Program (AHP) and the member bank, can create a complicated finance structure.
FHLBank Indianapolis will be joined by a Member Financial Institution representative, a Housing provider, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, (IHCDA) and Cinnaire's underwriting team as we walk through the unique attributes of affordable housing finance from a funding perspective.
