Learn where you are and how to advance through the 4 distinct PATH stages using the 4 essential tools we ALL need to carry! Perfect for teachers, counsellors, leadership, activists or ANYONE who wishes to DANCE ON THE WALLS THAT DIVIDE US! A safe, respectful environment for Indigenous and non-Indigenous alike.

By attending this conference, participants will learn:

  • The four essential “stages” of the path to reconciliation
  • To identify which stage a colleague or organization is in and how best to assist them to move to the next stage
  • The importance of a multi-lens approach to business and life
  • To understand just how “personal” reconciliation truly is and how that fact is key in moving forward.
  • To understand how privilege, power, oppression and internalized oppression play into every plan and/or engagement
  • How to “walk softly” towards a future that has us dancing on the walls that currently divide us

Who should attend?

Any action-oriented people interested in engaging in the work of reconciliation including:

  • Front-line workers, service providers, managers, business owners engaged in Indigenous/Non-Indigenous relationships or who wish to build such relationships
