Susan Fritzke, the new Superintendent of the Capitol Reef National Park, Marci Milligan, of the Entrada Institute, and the Utah Watercolor Society are combining forces and turning out the town of Torrey for a fifth year.  The UWS Arts and the Park Committee, under the leadership of Maura Naughton, has worked to improve this plein air experience in this beautiful location, an artist's dream.
