Ministry Practices for Hopeful, Courageous Christian Lives

This is the heart of the matter: spiritual practices, engaging the Christian story, and embracing discipleship as the core identity we already have.

As we wrap up the program year in the midst of political and cultural foment, take a day to step back and reflect on how your faith community’s practices of adult faith formation are nourishing courageous and hopeful Christian lives. Connect with others doing faith formation work in many contexts across ECMN. The Rev. Susan Daughtry, Missioner for Formation, will lead a workshop on using programs to get to the heart of Christian community. Hear from Lizabeth Bougie, Director of the Resource Center for Churches, on specific resources and models for supporting members of your faith community as they follow the way of Jesus.

Cost: Free! Donations accepted to cover the cost of lunch.

• Arrive ready to tell briefly about an experience that deepened your faith in your adult faith formation ministry this past year
