Please join us for this spectacular community event. We are expecting over 250 people to attend this event each day and it will be an important opportunity for your group to spread the word about the work you are doing and the products and services you have available.
The exhibitor area will be adjacent to the main conference area in the atrium and on the other patio off of the Atrium. The exhibitor area is a high traffic area with high visibility so that everyone who attends the conference will have the opportunity to view all of the exhibitors.
Limited booths available, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. We will supply the table and 2 chairs but you must bring your own table cloth. We do not handle freight. This is an outside location, so you are welcome to bring a pop up shade structure if you would like to use one. We are hoping by late October for cooler temperatures than in past years.
We will provide each conference attendee an exhibitor map again this year to bring to each exhibitor table and after you have shared your information, you will stamp the map. All conference attendees who obtain every vendor stamp will be entered into a raffle. To participate in this event, exhibitors will have to ensure that their table is manned at all Exhibitor Fair times (lisited above). We ask the exhibitors to stay through the afternoon break of Friday and through the end of lunch Saturday.
In addition, this year Autism Society of Greater Phoenix is offering each exhibitor a discounted rate of $100 for both days if they would like someone to attend the conference as a participant. To be eligible, exhibitors must submit the name of the representative and pay the $100 fee at least one week in advance of the conference.
Exhibitors will be listed in the syllabus. Exhibitors and their logos can be included in our syllabus by participating in the Platinum Marketing Package for an additional $250. This includes a Half page ad in our syllabus with your logo. If you wish to have color it is an additional $250. Other pricing available for full page and inside front or back cover.
