A favorite class at Fireside, come join us and show us how it's done. The grills will be warmed up and waitng for you to show off your burger cooking skills. Do you have a secret that never fails? Feel free to bring it you may take home a prize. This class is also open to and we welcome having an kids who plan to participate this weekend in the official class come join us and practice on the Kamado Joe's. See you Tuesday!

At Fireside we love to cook....outdoors.   We also love to share what our grills can do.   It is one of our stated goals to share with you how simple it is to produce great food over and over again with the right tools and some basic information.   We're not saying we're the best cooks you'll find but we do have an equipment advantage, and you can too.
