Yoga & Sound Healing | May 2018

Collaborating with musicians from the CIIS Sound Healing program, we will explore the subtle vibrations of a slower, deeper yoga practice. Surrounded by live, acoustic vibrations while connecting to the seasons - the pulses of the body settle into deeper patterns and resonances. The practice invites a refreshing, if not deeply therapeutic affect.
