Community Engagement for Stronger Nonprofits

Do the people you serve love what you do? Of course! Would they want to help you make significant progress on the issues you face together, like youth development, health, environmental degradation and inequality? Of course!

Come hear from NAMC’s panel of nonprofits that have worked with the people they serve to make changes at the city, county and state level that improve the lives of all community members. Learn how they got involved, what they’ve learned and tips for how your nonprofit can make a lasting difference that amplifies the good work you do and builds strong supporters for the future.

Panelist organizations:

  • Ventana Wilderness Alliance
  • Girls Health in Girls Hands
  • Building Healthy Communities
  • Women’s Policy Institute

There will be opportunity to ask in-depth questions as well as hear their suggestions and experience.  Optional: Feel free to bring your lunch and continue an informal discussion at noon.

Cost: $15 for current NAMC members; $25 for nonmembers.
