Dreien Opportunity Partners’ Sam Ware will talk about his projects as well as his experience of 38 years in Dallas commercial real estate. He will also address when this cycle of development may end and what’s ahead for CRE in the Metroplex— including his planned redevelopment of the old Parkland complex and Collin Creek mall.
