Michael Richman has led companies developed off of university IP from concept to acquisition right in our own backyard, in Gaithersburg, MD. His latest venture, NextCure, Inc exploded onto the scene with a $67 million series A after Amplimmune, which he founded in 2007 was acquired by MedImmune/AstraZeneca in 2013.
