Join us for an exciting evening of culinary adventure featuring Chefs Thai Dang, Chicago's Rising Chef of the Year - 2013, nomminated twice for Food and Wine's Chef of the Year and Chef/Owner of Chicago's HaiSous; Robert Danhi, award winning author and star of Taste of Vietnam; Peter Cuong Franklin, winner Hong Kong’s Best New Restaurant 2016 & pioneering Chef/Owner of ANAN; and Saigon's Tristin Ngo, Chef/Owner of the iconic and most popular Elbow Room & Skewers.

STREETS provides the opportunity for orphaned, disadvantaged and trafficked youth to transition from poverty and life on the streets to successful careers in the hospitality industry. The program offers a comprehensive 18-month curriculum and apprenticing in Culinary & Hospitality, Life Skills & English, including supervised housing, nutritious meals, clothing and basic medical care. The centralized Hoi An campus includes the STREETS Restaurant, Oodles of Noodles Center, 9 Grains Bakery Café, Training Center & Administrative Offices. Within 60 days of graduation 100% of participants are employed at international hotels and resorts.
