Susan Caldwell, CFRE, CGW, has worked as a nonprofit manager and professional fundraiser for 25 years. She launched her fundraising career in the early 1990s as a resource development officer at a community college in Eastern Kentucky where she conducted multi-million dollar major gifts campaigns and established the college’s comprehensive fundraising program. Since then, Susan has worked with nonprofit organizations throughout Kentucky and across the nation to create fundraising programs that produce results. Causes include animal welfare, addiction recovery, hunger relief, disability services, senior citizens, K-12 and higher education, historic preservation, youth organizations, healthcare, the arts, and Christian ministry. She has been a Certified Fund Raising Executive since 1997, is a Certified Grant Writer and serves on the board of the Grant Professionals Association Foundation. Today, Susan serves as a consultant with Get Fully Funded, one of the nation’s premier consulting firms specializing in new and small nonprofits.
