Guests will be treated to a four-course dinner (appetizer, two savory courses, dessert) paired with ancient ales (4 ounce pours) crafted from a collaboration between Dogfish Head brewery and Dr. Pat McGovern, a biomolecular anthropologist and the Scientific Director of the Biomolecular Archaeology Project for Cuisine, Fermented Beverages, and Health at the University of Pennsylvania Museum in Philadelphia.
Dr. McGovern will be present to guide us through the dinner as he describes the history and crafting of each beer.
Tickets are $65 per person and include the beer, food pairings and gratuity.
