    Chris Fete, JD, MHA, Manager, joined Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting in 2011. As a manager, he supports Pinnacle’s consulting engagements, including fair market value reviews of physician compensation, Key Opinion Leader analysis, business plan development, financial and market analysis, community needs assessments, and physician practice start-up / management assistance. Chris served as a clerk in the states of Michigan and Missouri. He assisted attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation, memorandum, and analysis of complex legal issues related to medical center operations.

    Chris Louis brings nearly 40 years of experience to Pinnacle having been in the valuation business since 1979. Given his breadth and depth of experience, he adds significant financial and real estate expertise to the business valuation team and specializes in highly complex valuation studies. Chris performs valuations of public and closely-held companies, partnerships, and assets (both tangible and intangible) and his opinions have been used in numerous financial reports, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, litigation support, and much more. In addition, Chris has served as an expert for the U.S. Department of Justice, working on a wide variety of cases across the United States.

    David White is a partner and founding member of Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting. His professional focus has been geared towards building stronger provider relationships and identifying shared business opportunities for healthcare businesses. David is known as a creative thinker and problem solver, with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare organization management and consulting. His areas of expertise include new business development, health services valuation and financial analysis, healthcare market research, medical staff partnership planning. and physician practice management consulting

    Kelly Arduino is a partner and leader of the Capital Planning Group for Wipfli. She has over 20 years of experience working with community, healthcare, and senior living organizations, with an emphasis on the intersection of strategy and finance. Kelly functions as a business advisor and facilitator, interacting with the Board and C-Suite as organizations plan for their future viability, which often includes the issuance of debt and financial feasibility studies.

    Charles James brings expertise in the area of claims reimbursement, office management, and 
    information systems. His experience comes from having served as management information systems’ director of a group practice of 40 physicians, as well as office manager for a location with 15 physicians. Charles has been with North American since its inception and has been intensively involved with developing all aspects of its operations. Charles has a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Saint Louis University with an emphasis in information systems. He has studied at the International School of Business in Paris. Charles coordinates and implements rural health billing procedures, certification services, and provides oversight management services for medical practices.

  • 2:00 p.m. Value of a Coding Audit...Preparing for Risk - Jackie King, MSHI, CPC, COC, RH-CBS, Clinical Informatics Specialist, HIM Consultant, ICAHN / IRCCO

    Jackie King has spent over 30 years working in the healthcare field, starting with retail pharmacy then Medical Imaging, Occupational Health, Quality Management, Utilization Review, Health Information Management, and Clinical Informatics. She has worked in five different non-profit health care organizations, and most recently, a critical access hospital. She is responsible for supporting the information handling tasks of healthcare clients throughout ICAHN and IRCCO. She integrates clinical, computer, and information disciplines for the purposes of identifying, collecting, processing, and managing data.
