WE MOVED TO A LARGER VENUE

Due to the overwhelming response to this event, we have secured a different location in Washington Depot, CT.

As the Mueller investigation weaves a sprawling epic about power, money and corruption while the country gears up for a momentous mid-term election, “Conversations On the Green” kicks off its sixth season with a trio of nationally known journalists who will lift the curtain on the opaque machinations capturing the nation’s attention.

The three outspoken journalists – investigative reporter Michael Isikoff, MSNBC’s Ari Melber and the author Chris Whipple – will come together Sunday June 10 for the first time in an interactive town hall to discuss the corruption, crimes and passions buffeting the country and the Trump administration.

Michael Isikoff, one of the country’s leading investigative reporters, is the co-author with David Corn of Russian Roulette, The Inside Story of Putin’s War on America and the Election of Donald Trump. An instant #1 on the New York Times best seller list when it was released in March, it is the harrowing account of how Moscow hacked the American election in an effort to deliver the presidency to Trump. The chief investigative reporter for Yahoo News and a former chief investigative reporter for NBC News as well as a former reporter for The Washington Post, Isikoff earned national acclaim for his coverage of the war on terror and for breaking the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

The host of MSNBC’s “The Beat with Ari Melber,” Ari Melber is a lawyer and the network’s Chief Legal Correspondent, the winner of an Emmy Award for his Supreme Court coverage. Previously, he was the host of “The Point,” a Sunday evening program on MSNBC that focused on legal and political topics, the cohost of MSNBC's talk show “The Cycle” and a legal correspondent for The Nation. His writing also has appeared in The Atlantic, Reuters and Politico.

An acclaimed writer, producer and documentary filmmaker, Chris Whipple won multiple Peabody and Emmy awards as a producer at CBS’s “60 Minutes” and ABC’s “Primetime.”  He is the author of the celebrated New York Times best-seller, The Gatekeepers: How the White House Chiefs of Staff define every presidency, the first in-depth, behind-the-scenes look at the men who defined the country course as the president’s closest advisors. He also was the executive producer and writer of Showtime’s “The Spymasters: CIA in the Crosshairs” and has been published in Newsweek, Life and People among other publications.
