This year's Women & Technology Conference, to be held on September 10, will feature inspiring women speakers on the cutting edge of technology, value-added educational sessions, quality networking and the 2018 Spirit of Innovation Awards. Technology touches all aspects of life, and the information shared at the conference will be relevant to all industry sectors and educational institutions.
Who should attend? Women working in technology fields as well as those interested in pursuing, or migrating to, a technology-focused career. In addition, anyone interested in exploring ways to bridge the tech gender gap and inspiring future generations of girls to pursue STEM fields are encouraged to attend.
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Charleston, WV. A special discounted room rate of $129 (plus tax) is available for conference attendees for the night of September 9. LED Credits: The 2018 Women & Technology Conference qualifies for six (6) Local Economic Development Credits.
Registration Fees and Payment
An early registration fee of $95 is available to conference registrants through Friday, August 31. After August 31, the registration fee is $110. Students can register at a special discounted rate of $65. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and snacks.
The registration fee can be paid via credit card, PayPal or check.

The Women & Technology Conference, an initiative of TechConnectWV, addresses the under-representation of women in fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The conference aims to encourage women involved in technology education and research, private enterprises, the public sector, investing, and entrepreneurship.
