Teachscape Focus Certification Training

This in-depth training is designed to help evaluators prepare and take the Teachscape certification test.

Who should attend:
New Principals, Assistant Principals, and other designated evaluators for the State Model of Educator Effectiveness

In this workshop, participants will:

• gain increased understanding of the Danielson Framework to support the observation and evaluation process
• practice gathering and sorting evidence to increase skill development
• increase ability to distinguish between evidence, interpretation, and bias
• improve scoring accuracy by engaging in the step-by-step process of analyzing classroom videos to practice using the Framework for Teaching to conduct observations
