What is the Building Bravery Project?
The Building Bravery Project is a four-day skill-building group for children ages 9-13 with anxiety. Children will learn about anxiety and healthy coping skills in a safe, accepting group setting.
The Building Bravery Project seeks to empower children to identify their own anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors before setting goals and planning activities to tackle anxiety.
Children will spend each day building a keepsake (such as a book, poster, video, presentation slides) to help them to remember skills and to continue building bravery once they finish the week.
