Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour public education program developed to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The course helps participants to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.
Following the training, participants will receive a certificate from Mental Health First Aid USA. A limited number of spaces are available, so interested participants are encouraged to reserve their seats as early as possible.
