NEFLIN invites you to submit a proposal for the 2020 NEFLIN Hot Topics Conference! This year's theme is @Your Service. We want to showcase the many innovative services libraries now offer their customers. While programs offer customers an enriching experience, services provide useful tools and assistance that improves quality of life. The goal is for all attendees to learn how different libraries have successfully implemented services that draw people into their buildings.
Suggested topics include: Services that increase literacy, provide social services, create curated reading lists, bolster emotional wellbeing, etc. Libraries have stepped further outside of our traditional booklending activities than ever before and we want to celebrate your innovations! This conference will be powered by you - breakout sessions and panel discussions featuring your experiences and stories.

Presenting at @Your Service:
- Presentations should be 15-45 minutes in length
- Multiple shorter presentations may be combined into a single panel discussion with other presenters.
- Presentations will occur in concurrent breakout sessions during the course of the day.
- Members will have access to the Internet and power outlets.
Expectations for Presenters:
- Presenters must register for the 2020 NEFLIN Hot Topics Conference.
- Presenters will be available to answer questions at the conclusion of their presentations.
