The Collaborative for REMS Education, or CO*RE, is a 13-partner collaboration dedicated to providing members with effective, high quality education about ER/LA opioids, bridging practice gaps in this challenging clinical area and improving patient care. The mission of CO*RE is to promote individual and population health and public safety through timely, evidence-based, outcome-oriented and inter professional education related to the comprehensive management of pain, addiction, and their co-morbidities. Since 2013 CO*RE and its partner organizations have educated more than 155,000 prescribing clinicians across the country.
