1st Course:

Fenchelapfelsalat

Fennel-Apple Salad with Herb Vinaigrette

 

 2nd Course:

Morcherahmsuppe

3rd Course:

Schweinelendchen mit Spargel, Salzkartoffeln und Baerlauch Hollandaise

Seared Pork Tenderloin with White Asparagus, Boiled Potatoes and Ramp Hollandaise

Please note that you can register online for this event. This meal is priced at $45 per person - tips for dinner and beverages will be charged separately at the dinner. Due to the purchase of menu items specifically for this event, you must preregister. Advanced reservations that need to be cancelled, must be done 72 hours before the time of the event.
