Women Veterans Benefits & Employment Resources Workshop

Join us for a day aimed at helping women veterans gain new skills and knowledge through interactive presentations, hands-on activities, and role playing exercises. Featured presenters will be White House Champion of Change and award-winning author, Graciela Tiscareno-Sato and local community partners.

• Draw upon your military experiences to create a compelling brand statement.
• Identify the most important target audiences you need to motivate.
• Learn must-know marketing principles to position yourself as the "must-have" candidate in your job search, college/grad school application, or promotion push.
• Understand what not to say to a potential employer.
• Practice introducing yourself in an authentic, memorable way to showcase your accomplishments without arrogance.
• Learn valuable communication skills to apply throughout your professional life. 

This event will include hands-on training, development, and access to local employers/advocates. Lunch is included.
