A special day such as Mother’s Day invites us to create an elegant occasion leaving a memory that delights all of the senses - delicious smells, tastes and textures accompanied by beauty and laughter. A perfect afternoon activity to treat your mother, sister or a friend to learning the art of creating a high tea from scratch with Chef Sharyn Singer, from the lovely Cliffside Inn in Newport. In class we’ll make Scones with strawberry jam and homemade clotted cream,  Assorted tea sandwiches of smoked salmon/ homemade crème fraiche, perfect egg salad & crispy cucumber and herb cheese garnished with micro greens, edible flowers and herbs, and lavender shortbread, lemon curd tarts with raspberries and whipped cream, mini chocolate mousse and or course, assorted teas and Prosecco.
