The MoU Way consists of 7 key components which can solve any strategic challenge.  While the process remains the same, the level of rigor to execute each step may vary significantly with the magnitude of the problem.

Michael Gratz developed his problem solving skills serving in leadership roles as a founder and entrepreneur with multiple early stage and start-up technology companies.  He has experience as a CEO and a broad background in Sales, Marketing, Business and Technology Development, and International Consulting. He is a Baldrige Evaluator with Minnesota's Performance Excellence Network.
