Achieving Multi-Axis Nirvana

Come see how Mastercam, NCSimul, and Mitsui Seiki work together to bring you into Multi-Axis Nirvana. This workshop will highlight what's new in Mastercam 2019 Multi-Axis, the importance of Simulation in the Multi-Axis Machining world and the highly advanced options in a Mitsui Seiki Machine.

Lunch will be provided and there will be time for questions and answers.

Multiaxis machining can dramatically increase a shop's competitiveness, and Mastercam's multiaxis add-on offers a wide range of multiaxis machining strategies—both basic and advanced. With Mastercam, you have complete control over the three crucial elements of multiaxis machining: toolpath types, tool motion, and tool axis.

Streamlined multiaxis programming tools make projects easier than ever before. With features from multisurface 5-axis roughing and swarf fanning, to easy 4-axis rotary axis and roll die programming, Mastercam ensures accurate cuts and fast turnaround on even the toughest jobs.

A Mitsui Seiki machine is created with a combination of highly advanced design, engineering, processing, assembling and measuring skills. We are meticulous about quality thus is everything we do is built and controlled by us under one roof. An optimal factory environment that takes into consideration factors such as temperature is essential.  Our dexterous skills handed down over the last 70 years, and our factory environment, allow Mitsui Seiki to create these extraordinary and unparralled machine tools.

NCSIMULŪ is an all-in-one CNC software that manages the complete machining process from the NC program to the part machined. Its capabilities allow users to fully master the shop floor, and include: automatic G-code reprogramming, G-code simulation and cutting tool management.
