About the Greater Richmond and Petersburg Oral Health Alliance
The Greater Richmond and Petersburg Oral Health Alliance is comprised of community-based partners from all over the region who collaborate to improve the oral health and overall health of area residents. Since May 2017, Alliance partners have met in workgroups to analyze oral health data; assess community needs and strengths; identify shared goals; and implement strategies to address some of the greatest opportunity areas to improve oral health.

The Alliance is facilitated by the Virginia Oral Health Coalition in an effort to foster community-led collaboration to boost Virginia's C+ grade on the inaugural 2016 Virginia Oral Health Report CardAll Alliance members are volunteers representing health care, human services, education, public health, and philanthropy, among others.
