The PBIS Tier 2 Boosters are designed for school groups of two or more people including coaches, new or current team members, and/or administrators who are looking to strengthen their current system. This training will help teams improve their own operating procedures as well as the implementation of primary Tier 2 interventions and the system that supports them. Common challenges with implementation will be addressed with time to review and revise implementation.
This training will include the Brief Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Intervention Plan (Brief FBA/BIP) within Tier 2 of a multi-level system of support, and effective layering of interventions. This is not a training on Complex FBA/BIPs used for significant, dangerous, or unsafe behaviors.
Participants are highly encouraged to contact their PBIS Technical Assistance Coordinator to discuss implementation needs prior to registration.
