Space: (1) 25'x25' space per team (with limited 30'x25' spaces) will be assigned at check-in. One vehicle is permitted in each space. Additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site in the general festival parking. No other campers or camping is permitted on festival grounds. All cooking units, vehicles, and campers must be removed from festival grounds by 4PM on Sunday, Oct. 14, 2018.
Power: one plug in will be provided for your site and cooking apparatus. Portable generators permitted at the event chairman's discretion, based on noise level and location. Water is located on event grounds.
Refunds: In the event your team has to cancel, your entry fees will be applied to next year's event. No refund checks will be issued.
