Cheese Making 101 with
Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Farm
Melody Reynolds, owner of Reynolds Barn Dairy Farm, is our knowledgable instructor for this fresh cheese making class. In this hands on class we will produce unripened cheese using a simple vinegar or sour wine coagulation method. Melody will teach us 3 different cheeses: Salted and fresh herb rubbed, grilling cheese and balled and shaped cheese using molds. We will also learn about variations in curd consistency and how to use your creativity to make your own version! We will taste everything we make along with complimentary wines.
