As leaders in our organizations we are spending more time managing our teams through changes happening inside the organization and in their personal lives. The role of the Facility Manager has moved past the managing of the built environment and is moving more to change and transition management.

In this interactive workshop, learn how to become a better leader by understanding the difference between Change and Transition Management. Get hands-on training as David & Sara Suter instruct you on what it means to serve those you lead and guide you through the steps to effectively manage your team and the organization through the three phases of transition. You will learn how trust is essential for you to lead your teams through change and tools to build trust more effectively.

David and Sara Suter bring a unique perspective as a married couple running a construction management company in San Diego. Their diverse backgrounds in leading teams in a small family owned business and a large educational institution help to engage the various needs of industries. Together they have spent the last 5 years focused on leadership and helping others navigate their leadership styles.
