Knife skills class @ Flying Fish Company 

This hands-on class will teach you the fundamental knife skills for cooking and presenting beautiful plates. Chef Andre Uribe who is the Executive Chef for Bon Appetit Management Company at Willamette University will transform your knife skills for the beginner or intermediate cook. Basic plate presentation techniques will also be discussed. Sharpening skills and knife selection will be covered. Light snack provided.
