7:30-7:45          Recommendations to the Board from Membership

7:45-8:00          Announcement of Winners of Silent Auction and Raffles

At the Annual Meeting, all members in good standing are eligible to vote for: 

• Election of Officers and Directors to the Board of Directors 

• Adoption of a budget

 • Adoption of amendments to the Bylaws 

• Adoption of a local program - Impact on Issues

If you cannot attend the annual meeting, you can designate a proxy to vote for you at the Annual Meeting – find the proxy form here. Your proxy must also be an LWVNYC member. If you plan to vote by proxy, your proxy designation must be received by LWVNYC no later than 5PM on Monday, June 4th.
