SMRO- New Provider Application- May 11, 2018

The Southern Maryland Regional Office will be providing technical assistance to providers who still would like assistance with the New Provider Application. We will review the application and outline the attachments required to complete this process. We will also briefly look at the new/unbundled services and the differences in the waivers.
