The Changing World of Media and Communications 

Communication is changing, are you? Join us for this unique communications workshop designed especially for county leaders. You'll learn the best techniques to get your message across internally and with the public.

Topics covered in this workshop: crafting your message, public speaking, social media, optimizing your website, powerful writing tips, photography pointers and media interviews.

Classes begin at 9am and end at 4pm local time.

Training hours: 6.5 hrs

Fee: $65 if payment is received on or before class date
         $85 if payment is received after class date

Payment options: Mail a check to KACo Leadership Institute, 400 Englewood Dr, Frankfort, KY 40601                                             Pay at the door on the day of the class ($65 discounted rate applies)
                               Email invoice sent to your county's Fiscal Court requesting payment

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to jody.ledesma@kaco.org at least seven business days before the class in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are still responsible for the full registration fee.

No-shows: If you register for this class and do not attend, you will be billed for the full registration.                                         If you prepay for this class and do not attend, you forfeit the registration fee.
