TriLaVie Summer Trail Run and Walk Program 2018

WHY?: Enrich your soul, mix up your running mentally and physically, get stronger, meet new people, expand your horizons. Combining trail and road running is just the best!

WHO: Runners and walkers with adventurous spirits who want to discover new trails each week and appreciate the “no-drop” experience of group exploration. Men and women are welcome! Participants will train for 5k, 10k, half and full marathon options.

BUT WAIT!  Trail Walkers Group also!  Join our walkers/hikers group to enjoy the trails for 2- hours with us.  Routes are modified and you will still see stunning trails!

WHEN: Saturday mornings 7:30am- 9:30am

*Longer distances may be on adjacent trails or paths that are pavement or road surfaces.

DATES:  Continues each Saturday - July 7 - August 25, 2018

DISTANCES: Each run will be by time for walkers and about 6-8 miles for runners. The terrain will vary from packed earth to “billy-goat” climbs. Please plan for 2-hours as you will experience a challenging run paired with a few moments to enjoy the views.
