This event will include networking at the BlueTech Incubator, which is a collaboration among Dentons, the City of San Diego, Scripps Institution of Oceanography and The Maritime Alliance (TMA).

SIDUS Solutions, LLC will be featured in this Executive Talk. SIDUS is an electronics engineering company specializing in the development and manufacturing of surveillance equipment for subsea and hazardous areas used in offshore oil & gas operations. SIDUS is in the engineering phase of developing an extensive immersive virtual experience that involves engaging users while not requiring to direct the ROV operator in order to capture the target image. This is an effort towards integrating VR into the available space and time of ROV operators and principle investigators workflows and should provide for a true situational awareness that was unobtainable before. The managing director of SIDUS, Leonard Pool, will discuss "SIDUS Solutions and AR/VR Subsea Technologies" and answer questions.
