St. Mary Faith Formation Registration 2018
Dear Parents,
Again this year we will be registering ALL students in Grades 1-10 online. You will be able to complete one registration for ALL of your children and pay with a credit/debit card through the St. Mary's PayPal account twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, starting today, Friday, June 1st and ending on Saturday, June 30th by simply clicking on the Register Now link below. You do not need your own PayPal account to register. **Please make sure to ADD each child and choose their Grade and Day of Class on the registration form.
Students who are registered after June 30th will be subject to a $20 per student late fee. Those who register late may find there are not enough teachers to accommodate their children. Registration is not complete until we have received your payment in full, OR payment arrangements have been made with our office.
As always, if for any financial reason you are unable to pay the registration fee, please contact the Faith Formation Office DURING the registration month of June to discuss payment possibilities.
**Please do not wait to register your child. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
First Grade registration may be completed online, but will not be finalized until we receive a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate (if they were not baptized at St. Mary's). Please mail or fax the certificate. If they were baptized here, they are all set. There will be 14 classes held on Mondays from 3:45-4:40pm.
MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION
On the registration form you will be able to choose Child Grade 7-10 or Volunteer Grade 7-10 for each of your middle school or high school children. PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT OPTION. Volunteers will receive a $35 discount PER CHILD that they volunteer for. You will be required to be here 3 evenings from 5:45-8:15pm. If you choose to volunteer for multiple children, you will need to be here 3 evenings PER child. Volunteer assignments will be done and posted over the summer.
**There are a limited number of volunteer positions and they will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our schedule for St. Mary's Grades 1-10 is as follows:
Grade 1 - Monday 3:45-4:40 ONLY
Grade 2 - Wednesday 3:45-4:45 ONLY
Grade 3 - Monday or Wednesday 3:45-4:45
Grade 4 - Monday or Wednesday 3:45-4:45
Grade 5 - Monday or Wednesday 3:45-4:45
Grade 6 - Wednesday 6:30-7:30 ONLY
Grades 7-8 - Sunday ONLY 5:00-8:00 (see calendar for dates)
Grade 9 - Spring Semester ONLY Sunday 5:00-8:00 (see calendar for dates)
Grade 10 - Fall Semester ONLY Sunday 5:00-8:00 (see calendar for dates)
Although the majority of high school students are expected to attend with their classmates during their assigned semester, we will be offering one small class for each grade on the alternate semester on a first-come first-served basis. Please register your son or daughter, then contact our office if you need this option.
Space is limited and classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
