Managing Your Brand

June 5th - Marion City Hall

Sponsored by Marion Chamber of Commerce

Branding is all about positioning your product and service in the mind of the consumer and turning strangers into customers.  Branding is not advertising. It’s everything you represent to your end customer, both good and bad. Attending this workshop will help your business take advantage of the good, and repair the bad.

What is a brand and how do you manage it? Promoting your brand in today’s marketing channels requires extra care in understanding what your brand is. From traditional marketing to social media and other digital avenues, maintaining a consistent image and focus on what you do best is required for success.

Workshop summary:  This workshop will cover information  to help new and existing businesses in better brand management including how to respond to social media faux pas and bad reviews. The workshop will include simple steps to defining your image as a business, both internally and externally as well as a good round of Q&A.

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.

A top-level overview, with action plans and ideas that you can use immediately.  Each SCORE workshop is taught by an expert on the subject.  Open to the existing or aspiring small business public....$10 fee for non-Chamber members; lunch is included.
