Join us to discuss all things downtown at UMass Lowell's Innovation Hub at their Haverhill location!

We will have speakers who will talk about the successes and challenges of downtown development, as well as discussions on the different types of programs that are available for downtown development.

After the speaking program, please enjoy the networking reception with cash bar and hors d'oeuvres.

Panel Discussion

Salvatore & Dana DeFranco, Co-Owners - Battle Grounds Coffee

Sal & Dana will speak about starting a new business in the downtown, the challenges and opportunities and how they addressed those issues. 

Noah Koretz, Deputy Director of Transformative Development - MassDevelopment

Noah will provide an overview of the downtown business programs that MassDevelopment offers.  He will also be able to discuss the progress in downtown Haverhill as their TDI Fellow.

Sal Lupoli, President & CEO - Lupoli Companies

Sal will speak about the challenges he faced in his downtown developments, and about the vision and opportunites he saw downtown.  He has developments in Lowell, Lawrence, and now Haverhill.
