Register for Guidewell Financial's HUD-approved Homeownership Workshop!

Are you interested in buying a home in Orange County? Guidewell Financial Solutions offers a HUD-approved homeownership education workshop to help you reach this goal. The workshop covers all elements of the home buying process from financial preparation and credit review to mortgage financing and closing.

The workshop fee is $50.00 for an individual and an additional $25 for a co-borrower. Fee includes lunch and an educational homebuyer's workbook. Childcare is not provided.

The workshop will address:

• Determining your price range
• Down payment/closing cost assistance
• Pre-qualifying vs. Pre-approval
• Shopping for interest rates
• Qualifying for a mortgage
• Closing a home
• Financial counseling
