Session 2 Topic: Team Member Roles, Meeting Roles, and Shared Leadership
PBIS Networking provides professional development for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) coaches (internal and external), coordinators, team members, and administrators. Participants connect with other practitioners, network around successes and barriers to implementation, and refine their skills in supporting action plans, teams, and staff. PBIS Networking meets three times throughout the school year. Each session will make connections to key features in Wisconsin's Framework for Equitable Multi-Level Systems of Support and TFI Items 1.2 and 2.2: Team Operating Procedures.
