This is part 3 of a 3 part Coaching Series aligned to the book, The Art of Coaching by Elena Aguilar. The book study will be hosted in Google classroom during the fall. Credit is available for an additional fee from Kent State for attending all 3 sessions and participating in the book study. In this session we will focus on coaching conversations, questioning and listening, and professional development for coaches. We will also discuss our action plans and it's progress. What were the obstacles and what were the outcomes? Sharing success stories. We will also cover Mid and end of year reflections. Chapters 11-Conclusion, Plan for reflection mid and end of year, continuing PD for coaches, Did you meet your goals? Collection of evidence, reflection, next steps.
