Community Employment & Training Collaborative 

Our team is excited about moving forward the workforce development plan you’ve helped us create!

We need your help with:

• Filling over 20 current jobs open within our companies (and 900 more within the next five years)
• Exploring recruitment for our youth culinary program led by Rick Bayless
• Sharing the word about multiple community training sessions for job seekers and entrepreneurs
• Providing pre and post hire supports for both job seekers (of which some will come from your organization) and employers in the ICNC incubator as well as the Hatchery
• And much, much more!

This invitation only breakfast is for agencies we have selected to partner with us to help fulfill the tasks above. Are you up for joining our Collaborative?

What to expect:

• Breakfast! If you have meal restrictions, please list in RSVP
• Discussion of our referral process for open jobs, training opportunities, access to entrepreneurial assistance and support services from your organization
• Signing of linkage agreements
• Provide input on drafting a universal intake form for this Collaborative
• Quarterly update meeting schedule
• Scarce but free street parking
