• Critical steps to be successful
• Exploring myths & realities of business ownership
• Planning for success, including market & competitive analysis

Sept 8, 2018; 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM:
Developing the Marketing Plan for your business.
• Branding your business and the steps to creating a brand
• Developing your marketing plan and crafting a plan to communicate your marketing message
• Analyzing target markets and channels 
• Determine your pricing strategies

Sept 15, 2018; 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM:
Financial matters: Planning and understanding financial business topics.

• Building your financial model
• Financial planning and why you need it, learn how to forecast your sales, costs, profits and assets
• Understanding and using financial statements and the 3 primary financial statements you need to know about

Funding your idea: Next steps to success.

• Sources of capital (traditional & non traditional)
• The six C's of credit
• Starting your basic loan application
• Next steps with a Score mentor

For all 4 workshops: 
Early Bird Price $79.00 when registered by August 31, 2018
After that, price is $89.00. At the door fee is $99.00
To register for one session individually is $30.00 for advance online registration, and $50 at the door.
