Palm Beach SCORE’s ‘Entrepreneur Academy” start up business workshop series helps you prepare a blueprint for making your dreams for a business come true.  Starting your business is a tough decision!  You do not have to do it alone.

On this third session (total of 4 sessions) you will learn:

Financial Matters! Planning and understanding financial business topics.

• Financial planning and why you need it, learn how to forecast your sales, costs, profits and assets
• Building your financial model
• Understanding and using financial statements and the 3 primary financial statements you need to know about
